We are currently seeking a Stores Person to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract.
In our Stores team, we have the responsibility of packing finished products produced in the Production Unit for shipping and assisting in maintaining accurate stock levels of raw materials. Teamwork is a core aspect of our work, and you’ll be part of a large team where collaboration, unity, and looking out for your team members are highly valued. Your role will be based in a sterile manufacturing facility.
Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, encompassing 37.5 hours a week, within the hours of 7 am to 6 pm. We provide amenities such as free parking, convenient transportation links, and an on-site canteen that offers a variety of hot and cold food and beverages.
Your primary duties will include
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
- Assembling packing materials.
- Preparing documentation and labels for products slated for shipment.
- Booking dispatches into courier booking systems.
- Facilitating the transfer of finished products to couriers.
- Utilizing SAP for managing finished products and raw materials.
- Handling the movement of stock to and between cold rooms.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the Goods Out area and cold rooms.
- Managing stock by booking it in and placing stock orders.
- Basic stock control responsibilities, including storage, rotation, and monitoring stock levels.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
