We are excited to invite a Night Warehouse Team Leader to become a part of the Logistics team at Exeter IKEA. This role is ideal for individuals with prior team leadership experience or a clear enthusiasm for everything related to Logistics.

Our Offerings

  • Your initial annual compensation for this position will be £26,000, contingent on your experience.
  • Additionally, an extra nightshift supplement of £2.25 per hour will be granted for hours worked between 22:00 pm and 06:30 am.
  • This employment agreement entails a 39-hour workweek, distributed across 5 out of 7 days, including alternating weekends.
  • Standard working hours will typically span from 22:00 pm at night to 10:00 am in the morning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing the movement of products within your designated store area. Spanning from the point of sale to the customer.
  • Actively striving to enhance productivity by implementing effective resource management, which encompasses handling staff absence, personnel scheduling, flexible work arrangements, and optimizing the flow of goods.
  • Collaborating with your manager to assess the logistics capacity necessities within your area of accountability and partaking in the formulation of a business strategy and plans for goods flow.
  • Enabling the growth and development of your team of colleagues by entrusting them with responsibilities that align with their individual capabilities and experiences.
