Job Summary:
- Comprehend trim specifications.
- Adhere to customer style requirements.
- Sustain the pace according to labor standards.
- Recognize all specifications for retail beef or pork products.
- Recognize all specifications for retail beef or pork packaging.
- Understand grade, enhancement, and ascorbic acid requirements.
- Comprehend Food Safety, GMP, and SSOP requirements.
- Maintain product flow and follow procedures.
- Comprehend muscle orientation and various primals.
- Grasp the production schedule and item rotation.
- Understand table position rotation/assignment based on the production schedule.
- Onsite training is provided.
Exposure and Potential Hazards:
- Working in a cold, wet, and damp environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking on uneven surfaces and slippery floors
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong employment background, with a preference for prior experience in manufacturing or food processing.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, cold environment, performing repetitive tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The selected candidate will be accountable for responsibilities like meat cutting, product packaging, and presentation.
