Job Summary:
Our in-store team members take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will support our operations to ensure we meet all our customers’ needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fulfilling orders, which involves accurately and promptly picking merchandise for delivery. This includes verifying the accuracy of parts orders before shipping.
- Restocking shelves and moving parts, with the ability to frequently lift items weighing 30-40 pounds.
- Identifying inventory requirements and addressing situations where shipments are short.
- Verifying received shipments against shipping documents.
- Collaborating with other store operational functions.
- Strictly adhering to all safety regulations, including the safe handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge in the automotive aftermarket and parts supply.
- Functional literacy and the ability to identify parts numbers.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
