Summary:

Cauldon Cement Plant in Staffordshire is seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join their dynamic production team. In this role, you will work closely with a small team, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of the plant to achieve plant targets while upholding high safety and environmental standards.

Reporting to the shift manager, the Process Operator plays a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of safety, efficiency, quality, and compliance with all regulatory parameters within the cement plant.

Work Schedule:

Plant operations at Cauldon Cement are active 24/7, 365 days a year. The role follows a rolling 6-week shift pattern, which includes night shifts, weekends, and working on bank holidays.
