Position Details
This is a full-time role, compensated on an hourly basis, and provides the potential for additional hours beyond the regular schedule. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store. Even if you haven’t managed people before, we will provide the guidance you need to lead effectively. If you haven’t made pizzas before, don’t worry; we’ll teach you how to create fantastic pizzas. You might also be asked to assist at other locations near your chosen store.
Position Commitment
This role requires your presence for at least 5 days a week, predominantly during weekends.

You will have complete responsibility for all aspects of your store, including personnel, operations, sales, and profits. This encompasses ensuring the well-being, training, and fostering the right workplace culture for your team. Your leadership sets the standard as your team closely follows your lead. Strict adherence to all policies and procedures is paramount, both from you and your crew.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a clean and favorable driving record.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- Understanding of basic math and cash handling
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Located in or near the specified area (Salt Lake City)
