At GXO, we are currently hiring for the position of Warehouse Operative at our West Hallam site, specifically on the Groupe Seb contract.
This represents a permanent, full-time role, involving 37.5 hours of work per week, scheduled on any 5 out of 7 days. The shifts rotate between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Responsibilities on a Typical Day:
- Engage in general warehouse tasks such as picking and packing.
- Handle stock replenishment and perform manual handling duties.
- Operate Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) with opportunities for training and handling Mobile Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualities for Success at GXO:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating initiative.
