Key Responsibilities encompass:
- Monitoring and enforcing parcel compliance within the hub.
- Addressing and resolving induct and sorter blockages.
- Collaborating to enhance Hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting issues to management for prompt resolution.
- Demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Approaching tasks with a proactive, positive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Adhering to the company’s Health and Safety (H&S) policies.
- Providing support to the hub operation as needed.
