Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel in a polite and punctual manner.
- Offer assistance to guests with their luggage, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Ensure the hotel vehicle is well-maintained and clean, keeping it in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, documenting mileage and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
- Provide valuable information about local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate transportation requests in collaboration with the hotel concierge and front desk.
- Aid in the loading and unloading of guest luggage and belongings.
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle, monitoring fuel, oil, and water levels, and promptly report any issues.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Having a valid driver’s license and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a professional driving role.
- Exceptional familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and notable destinations.
- Customer-centric mindset with effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and handle heavy luggage, providing necessary assistance to guests.
