Position Overview:
The role involves assembling components for the manufacturing, testing, and packaging of Battery Coolers.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to regularly lift weights ranging from 6 to 9 pounds and occasionally handle loads of up to 20 pounds.
- Involves some bending, twisting, or reaching to load braze ovens.
- Requires finger and hand dexterity for accurate part assembly.

Compensation:
Initial pay: $19.00 per hour (plus shift premium), increasing to $19.50 after 12 months.
Subsequent raises until reaching the top rate of $20.32.
Shifts Available:
Night Shift hours are from 10:55 pm to 6:55 am, spanning from Sunday through Thursday.
Potential for a 12-hour non-rotating continental shift.
Shift Premium:
Midnight Shift: $0.40/hour, making the total rate $19.40 per hour to start on Midnights.
Availability and Overtime:
- Must be available for full-time hours; no part-time positions are available.
- Ability to work overtime, up to 8 hours per week.
Legal Authorization:
Applicants should have legal authorization to work a 40-hour week in Canada.
