When you work for Caremark Weymouth, your primary responsibility will be to meet our customers’ support needs in a manner that respects their individuality and fosters their independence. This involves traveling to the customer’s home and assisting with daily tasks as outlined in the agreement between the customer and Caremark.
As part of your role, you’ll be assisting customers with various tasks, including:
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Providing reminders for medication
- Offering support with their daily routines
- Providing respite services
- Engaging in social and leisure activities
- Assisting customers in accessing community resources
Your Role
The support you’ll be offering is akin to the kind of assistance one might expect from a family member. This could involve providing household support or personal care to individuals in need.
Your Personal Role
As a Caremark Care Worker, your responsibility is to fulfill the support needs of our customers while respecting their individuality and encouraging their independence. This entails traveling to the customer’s residence and providing assistance with the daily tasks outlined in their Care Plan.
