Key Respnsibilities
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment by performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and stocking of restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, by cleaning and sanitizing them.
- Properly dispose of all waste by emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Maintain a hygienic workplace by cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel while performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and responsible manner while following safety protocols.
- Notify the supervisor when cleaning supplies need to be reordered and ensure their replenishment.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and events as required.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
- Adhere to company cleanliness and hygiene standards, following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
- An exceptional level of attentiveness to detail is required.
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated capability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds is essential.
