Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas of facilities, aligning with Edon Management’s guidelines and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with the building operations team to meet service objectives effectively.
- Provide backup support for Front Reception as needed.
- Ensure the security of buildings during non-operational hours, promptly reporting any unauthorized individuals.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleanup situations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Perform washing and polishing tasks for entrance areas, including glass doors and fixtures such as display cabinets.
- Empty interior and exterior waste receptacles, including ashtrays and sand urns, as required.
- Assist with Loading Dock deliveries during peak times or when Reception is occupied.
Qualifications Desired:
- Fundamental proficiency in English, both reading and writing.
- Previous experience in custodial roles will be regarded as an advantage.
- Demonstrated skills in building positive customer relations.
