Schedule:
Multiple schedules available, including 3-day work weeks.
Pay:
Starting at $18.00/Hr, with additional shift differentials.
Furthermore, contributors have the potential to earn up to $19.75, inclusive of shift differentials after six months! The Role:
Responsibilities for material handlers encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to physically retrieving various products to fulfill customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, packaging products, boxing, kitting, labeling, receiving goods, conducting cycle counts, and managing stock placement.
Your Profile:
You are a dependable collaborator within a team. You possess the ability to comprehend and follow precise instructions. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency characterize your work ethic. You demonstrate proficiency in recognizing number patterns and performing basic arithmetic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical demands encompass tasks such as pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, and lifting of products, including bulk containers and/or finished goods.
- Employees may be requested or required to work overtime on an as-needed basis.
- A commitment to continuous learning is expected, encouraging cross-training in various areas for flexible employees.
- While prior experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse equipment is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
