The Position:
In the production process, General Operatives hold a pivotal role and operate in three primary areas: breading, packing, and palletizing, which involves the safe transportation, placement, and stacking of goods on pallets. The roles are diverse, offering opportunities to engage with various production lines and areas within the factory.
Work Environment:
Our work takes place in a high-care, low-risk food production setting. This site operates as a secondary processor, eliminating the need for gutting or filleting fish and, as a result, any associated odors. Your safety is of utmost importance to us, and we will supply all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Work Hours:
You will be expected to work for a total of 40 hours each week from Monday to Friday.
The shift times are as outlined below:
- 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Pay Rates:
The hourly compensation begins at £10.72 per hour.
For overtime work, you will receive 1.5 times the standard hourly rate as payment.
