Dana Mount Forest initiated a brand-new product line in 2020, even amid the challenges of the pandemic, and introduced another product line in 2021. Between 2022 and 2023, we have plans for eight additional launches and product enhancements.
Dana is a frontrunner in designing and producing highly effective propulsion and energy-management solutions that drive vehicles and machinery in diverse mobility markets worldwide. Job Responsibilities:
- Construct heat exchangers through diverse techniques, materials, and tools.
- Collaborate with automation staff to complete the assembly of raw components for high-temperature soldering.
- Perform final assembly, adding brackets, bolts, and fittings using semi-automated machinery.
- Understand and follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Ensure consistent adherence to safety guidelines and meet customer quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, actively participating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- The preferred candidate should possess more than one year of prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and effective hand-eye coordination are essential.
