Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all Co-op guests feel welcomed. This entails:
- Supervising and assigning tasks to employees while enforcing safety standards and Co-op policies.
- Conducting performance reviews for team members.
- Providing consistent communication and coaching to your team.
- Assisting in the onboarding and training of new staff.
- Demonstrating proficiency in operating the Point of Sale system.
- Participating in interviews as required.
- Undertaking various general duties in the Food Store, including housekeeping, stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, and operating the POS system.

Your Identity:
- You have previous supervisory experience, which is considered beneficial.
- You possess above-average communication and computer skills.
- You hold retail experience in customer service and merchandising.
- You have knowledge of retail grocery operations and are open to expanding your knowledge in this area.
- You prioritize honesty and trustworthiness, strive for results, and aim for excellence in your work.
- You are willing to work all scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

- You are physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), climbing ladders, and kneeling.
