This is a seasonal role starting on November 15th and lasting until the end of the year. At the end of the season, there’s potential for permanent positions to become available. The role covers all three shifts: days (6:30 am-2:30 pm), afternoons (2:30 pm-10:30 pm), and nights (10:30 pm-6:30 am), with a pay rate of $19.05 per hour. Our plant operates seven days a week, so flexibility for weekend work is required. This position offers up to 40 hours per week, with potential overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of all production materials during machinery setup.
  • Maintain vigilance over equipment and replenish materials as needed during equipment operation and monitoring.
  • Perform visual inspections of production runs and thoroughly document the results to uphold quality control.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate parties as part of troubleshooting.
  • Take pride in maintaining equipment and your designated area in impeccable condition for cleanliness maintenance.
  • Diligently adhere to regulatory and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Engage in physical activities such as extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching, and stooping as part of the job.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Requires 1-3 years of general work experience, with additional consideration for prior experience in production or operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Level 2 first aid training is preferred for safety.
  • Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment is a fundamental requirement.
  • Must have the ability to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Possessing familiarity with industrial technology is an advantageous skill.
