The role involves supporting Production Management in executing production tasks to meet business needs. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts: mornings from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and afternoons from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Adherence to all procedures and practices in accordance with best practices is required.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the packaging of all food manufactured by Kober.
  • Operating machinery and equipment as necessary (if trained to do so).
  • Adhering to general manufacturing procedures consistently.
  • Aiding in achieving production targets.
  • Minimizing waste and production costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene policies and procedures at all times.
  • Working in a safe manner throughout all tasks.
  • Promptly reporting any health and safety issues to the management team.
  • Collaborating with the team and treating colleagues with dignity and respect.
  • Communicating effectively with both colleagues and management.
  • Flexibly working in any department as required.
