This is a full-time position with rotating shifts: mornings from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and afternoons from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the packaging of all food manufactured by Kober.
- Operating machinery and equipment as necessary (if trained to do so).
- Adhering to general manufacturing procedures consistently.
- Aiding in achieving production targets.
- Minimizing waste and production costs.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene policies and procedures at all times.
- Working in a safe manner throughout all tasks.
- Promptly reporting any health and safety issues to the management team.
- Collaborating with the team and treating colleagues with dignity and respect.
- Communicating effectively with both colleagues and management.
- Flexibly working in any department as required.
