Prior exposure to a highly dexterous, high-speed production setting that demands exceptional attention to detail is advantageous. Possessing an understanding of production expectations, you strictly adhere to safety, quality, and production standards, including maintaining cleanliness and organizing personal workstations. In situations where challenges arise, you actively contribute to troubleshooting and escalating issues to the leadership. Production Work Timetable:
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time role (up to 24 hours per week) within our production facility. The available shifts include:

Necessary Qualifications:
- Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to precise guidelines.
- Demonstrate fast hand speed and enjoy performing tasks rapidly with hands.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude with a penchant for finding improved processes.
- Open to coaching and quick to grasp new concepts.
- Additional advantage: familiarity with and application of USP/GMP procedures or previous experience in a pharmacy setting.
You Will be Instructed on:
- Produce compounded capsules employing correct sanitation practices.
- Develop proficiency in compounding calculations, requiring basic math skills.
- Utilize an encapsulation machine (manual operation).
- Adhere to specific cleaning procedures to prevent cross-contamination during the production of our small-batch, distinctive vitamin formulations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of the finished product, either self-prepared or by others, by confirming formulas, techniques, and conducting a final check of the supplement.
