In our collaborations with recruitment agencies, we adopt a selective approach. We thoughtfully choose our partners, ensuring explicit consent or confirmation from our HR department before we consider CV submissions. Establishing prior agreements, including contractual terms and specific campaign collaborations, is necessary for a recruitment agency to be deemed a partner. It’s imperative to emphasize that we strictly adhere to the non-acceptance of unsolicited CVs, even from trusted partners. We discourage the practice, terming it as “spoiling,” and view the submission of unsolicited CVs as a voluntary contribution. If we choose to directly engage with such candidates, we will not pay any fees to the recruitment agency. Providing unsolicited or spoiled candidates is assumed as acceptance of this arrangement.
