At present, we have multiple opportunities for Production Operators to become a part of the Mars Food team at our Norfolk facility. These Operators play a crucial role by operating machinery in designated areas to maximize efficiency, product quality, and safety while upholding a clean and professional manufacturing environment.

What Qualifications Are We Seeking?
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting, whether as a machine operator, forklift driver, or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively alongside colleagues.
- Proficiency in accurately recording data and using computer systems.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a can-do approach to tasks and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating plant and machinery on your designated line efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining detailed records and logs while ensuring smooth shift handovers.
- Conducting regular quality assessments to guarantee the production of top-notch goods.
- Managing the procurement and inventory of materials needed for production.
- Identifying and addressing basic process or machinery faults within your assigned area.
