Responsibilities
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Monitoring the progress of sales representatives and providing feedback for improvement
- Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Identifying potential new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Managing budget and expenses related to sales operations.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
