This is a full-time hourly position with opportunities for overtime. Your role involves overseeing all store operations. Never managed a team before? No worries, we’ll guide you on effective leadership. Never tossed a pizza? No problem, we’ll teach you the art of crafting an amazing pizza. You may also be asked to assist at nearby locations.
Expect to work 5+ days a week, including most weekends.
Responsibilities
You’re responsible for everything that occurs within your store, whether it’s about People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This encompasses ensuring your team’s safety, training, and nurturing the right work culture. You’ll be setting the standard since your team will follow your example. Maintaining strict adherence to ALL policies and procedures at all times is vital, and you should expect the same commitment from your crew.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- High energy and motivation.
- Previous experience at Domino’s or leadership experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory background check results.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Current residency in the Salt Lake City area.
