Summary
In the role of a Stores I, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to the selection, packaging, dispatching, and reception of hospital supplies, equipment, and/or food, aligning with AHS guidelines and standards. You will handle incoming requisitions, oversee supply distribution, conduct cart audits to uphold quality standards, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure the availability of supplies in the correct quantities. Furthermore, you will monitor and report on inventory levels to prevent excessive stocking.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 completion).
- Ability to handle and maneuver heavy wheeled carts, occasionally exceeding 275 Kgs.
- Ability to remain upright or ambulate for prolonged periods.
- Regular use of hands and arms for reaching, lifting, and transporting heavy objects weighing up to 25 kg.
