Position Summary

In this role, your responsibilities include:

Membership Support:

  • Develop and enhance Membership engagement by offering information on Membership benefits.
  • Emphasize the value of Company products and services.
  • Handle Membership-related tasks, such as processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing events.
  • Strive to achieve Membership goals.

Facility Safety:

  • Ensure the safety of the Facility by strictly adhering to safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct safety sweeps and maintain vigilance.
  • Follow proper forklift spotting procedures.
  • Handle hazardous materials according to designated procedures.
  • Adhere to Company steel standard guidelines.
  • Promptly address and report unsafe situations to Management.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Efficiently fulfill Member Fax ‘n Pull and Click ‘n Pull orders.
  • Scan items, appropriately wrap and palletize items, and ensure order accuracy and invoicing.
  • Secure items until Members arrive and address any out-of-stock merchandise promptly to meet Member needs.

Task Management:

  • Successfully complete assigned tasks and meet priorities through policy adherence, data utilization, and resource management.
  • Collaborate effectively with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners.
  • Communicate progress and information transparently.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to address areas for improvement.
  • Be adaptable, open to change, learn from challenges, and accept feedback constructively.

Member Service:

  • Provide excellent Member service by recognizing Member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.
  • Actively promote Company products and services.
  • Adhere to the company’s ethical standards and procedures, implementing action plans in compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize the Open Door Policy as needed and apply ethical principles in executing business processes and practices.
