Qualifications and Responsibilities:
A supermarket assistant’s role includes various responsibilities. Such as providing guidance and assistance to customers, restocking and organizing inventory, carrying out general store maintenance tasks, and handling financial transactions. Including cash and card payments, in accordance with established protocols. Partners may request assistance in different areas within the store to support the overall team and maintain essential standards of business attire and hygiene.
