The job involves:

• Visiting our customers’ premises in the Northampton area to pick up feminine hygiene bins, nappy bins, and restock other phs products.
• Once a week, returning to the local depot to unload waste and replenish phs products.
• All routes are pre-arranged, so there’s no need to spend time planning the journey.
• No technical tasks are involved (no repairs, drilling, etc.).

This role offers simplicity and convenience, allowing you to focus on your tasks without any complex technical work.

Here’s what you’ll receive as a phs Washroom Service Technician:

• Your personal van that you can take home.
• Most of your routes start and finish from your own home.
• Our workweek spans from Monday to Friday (Saturday overtime is available if you choose).

• A salary of £23,200 with the potential to earn up to £24,200 through bonuses, overtime, and referrals.

Requirement:

• Possession of a UK manual driving license for at least 12 months (subject to insurance criteria) with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• The selected candidate must meet the criteria for an enhanced DBS check.
• Given the nature of the waste we manage and our customer base, it is obligatory for drivers to have received vaccinations for Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio, and COVID-19. phs covers the cost of employee vaccinations.
